Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 14, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Budget Track AI mobile application (the “App”), provided by AppCraft Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The Service

Budget Track AI is a personal finance management app that lets you record income and expenses, manage wallets and categories, set savings goals, create recurring entries, and optionally generate AI-powered reports and chat insights. The App works offline-first: your financial records are stored on your device.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and device secure and for all activity under your account. You can sign in with Email/Password, Google, or Apple.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

  • The App offers free features and paid subscription plans (e.g. Standard and Premium). Current plans, features, and prices are shown in the App and in Google Play.
  • Subscriptions are sold and processed through Google Play Billing. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play account settings.
  • Refunds are handled according to Google Play’s policies. Deleting your account or the App does not cancel a subscription and does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

4. Free Tier and Ads

The free tier may display advertising (via Google AdMob) and offers a subset of features. Premium subscribers do not see ads and unlock additional features such as custom categories, AI reports and chat, and recurring transactions.

5. AI Features and No Financial Advice

AI reports and the AI assistant are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. Always verify information and consider consulting a qualified professional.

6. Your Data and Content

You own the financial data you enter. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and, where you enable backups, for the backups stored in your own Google Drive account.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the App for unlawful purposes; reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App except as permitted by law; attempt to bypass subscription, security, or usage limits (including AI usage limits); disrupt or overload our infrastructure; or use the App to infringe the rights of others.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, its software, design, trademarks, and content (excluding your own data) are owned by AppCraft Studio and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of AI-generated content. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppCraft Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for legal, security, or operational reasons.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect when posted, with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AppCraft Studio operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
